Relationships are so important to capturing your true self. I won’t just show up on your wedding day, we’ll begin working together the minute you sign your contract. We’ll grab the first of many coffees together so I can get to know you, your partner, and the experience you’re looking for.

Wherever you go, I go. To the West Coast? I’m there. Your grandparents’ backyard? See you there. I love capturing you in your element, no matter where that is. Don’t worry about where your hands should lay or how to pose “correctly.” Put all that to the side and let’s have some fun.
your story captured your way
Every session is different and the amount of images edited can vary. Couple sessions usually include 60+ edits, weddings include 750+, and 30-40 for portraits. Elopements include 350+ images.
How many images will I receive?
This is the fun part! Solids are the way to go. But, don’t worry. I will share with you my outfit guide and we will create a Pinterest mood board together to get the perfect styles that fit your personality and the overall vibe you’re going for.
What should I wear for my shoot?
Travel fees may include, gas, airfare, stay, luggage and mileage. Anything out of a 60 mile radius from Callaghan Photography is .50 cents a mile. If travel is more than 2 hours and 30 minutes stay must be accommodated.
WHat are your travel fees
Things get hectic, I get it! No worries – as long as it is a month prior to the date! If not, there will be a rescheduling fee. If you are canceling completely, I will send over a cancellation contract and let’s stay in touch. But, the retainer is non-refundable.
What happens if I cancel, or have to change the date?
A second shooter is essentially a fly on the wall who can capture different angles and get more coverage! It’s always good to have a second eye.
What is a second shooter?
Sometimes Mother Nature is not our friend, but don’t fret! Within 24 hours of the shoot we’ll regroup and make the call about whether it’s on. If, unfortunately, we are unable to get our time in, we will reschedule for another date – no rescheduling fee.
